Description de fonctionThe Role:
  • Manage a finance team
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
  • Support scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different funding strategies.
  • Analyze investment trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships or funding.
  • Assist in forecasting cash flow and aligning capital requirements with growth objectives.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Manage the fundraising campaign
  • Prepare investment decks, memos, sheets, and manage the data room
  • Participate in pitching to investors and roadshows
  • Create and maintain financial reports
  • Manage budgets and analyse financial data
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives
  • Forecast financial trends and assess risks to inform decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external interested parties, such as auditors, banks and investors
  • Oversee financial transactions and monitor financial performance
ProfilThe Profile:
  • 10 years of experience in finance management.
  • Experience in VC OR Technology Startup is preferred
  • Experience with European grant or debt funding applications
  • Proven track record in fundraising or investment
  • Proven experience in financial planning, and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, including familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Descriptif de l’organisation et du départementOur client, a key player in the Space industry, are actively seeking a fundraising manager for their Luxembourg office. This role will play a vital role in the company’s growth and strategy forwards. The ideal candidate has experience in investment banking/venture capital and/or some understanding of a tech startup environment.
