Description de fonctionThe Role:
  • Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations for multiple entities (S.à r.l., S.C.A, GP, and S.C.Sp).
  • Help with calculations and prepare supporting schedules for bridge loans and other debt instruments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and assist in drafting annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, including preparation for ECDF and LBR filings.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly internal reporting.
  • Assist with data collection and preparation of initial BCL reporting requirements.
  • Provide support to service providers in the preparation of V.A.T. returns under senior staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the legal team by gathering information and preparing documents for incorporation, restructuring, or liquidation processes.
  • Assist with the analysis of funds flow during investment, sales and financing processes.
  • Support transactions, special projects, and ad-hoc tasks, providing administrative and technical support as required.
ProfilThe Profile:
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in PE accounting or PE audit.
  • Fluent in English and in French.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of BOB50 is a plus,
  • Comfortable working in a small, dynamic structure with a collaborative culture.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, proactive, and a strong team player.
