Job description
- Analyze and understand business needs whether in terms of efficiency, innovation, desired IT developments or organization within the department.
- Be a force for proposals on the aforementioned areas.
- Formalize needs and expectations as well as their transversal impacts by providing a critical look.
- Present and defend, prioritize needs within the Monitoring Committee made up of the Chief Organizational Change & Quality and other Performance & Process Officers, ensuring their cross-functional coherence.
- Monitor and validate the implementation of solutions.
- Participate in testing phases to ensure that the proposed solutions correspond to needs.
- Analyze process performance and report it to the Chief Organizational Change & Quality.
- Be the quality ambassador of your department by reporting quality problems and proposed solutions to the Chief Organizational Change & Quality.
- Propose and document implementation plans.
- Ensure the implementation and ensure the proper execution of corrective actions and implementation plans.
Profile- 5-10 years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Autonomous worker, who takes responsibility to 'make things happen'.
- Ability to think proactively.
- Fluent in French and English.
