Analyze process performance and report it to the Chief Organizational Change & QualityBe the quality ambassador of your department by reporting quality problems and proposed solutions to the Chief Organizational Change & Quality.Propose and document implementation plans.Ensure the implementation and ensure the proper execution of corrective actions and implementation plans.Profile 5-10 years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
